Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing and implementing all Marketing functions, including, but not limited to Marketing Communications, Branding, Advertising, Events Management, Promotions, Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct Market Research and submit corresponding recommendations / reports.
  • Keep abreast of market and product trends and development.
  • Promote Corporate Image and Branding through effective marketing communications using different media.
  • Develop and maintain media contacts.
  • Manage Marketing Events.
  • Create proposals or concepts for strategic Marketing Campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Vendors / Suppliers for marketing collaterals / materials.
  • Maintain, monitor and update Calendar of Events.
  • Manage and maintain product displays and demo units at the Office Showroom.
  • Develop and nurture strategic business relationships with highly competent and reliable Vendors / Suppliers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication Arts, Mass Communication and Advertising or equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year experience in the Marketing field, being in an IT or Media industry is an advantage.
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both oral and written forms.
  • Goal-oriented, responsible and aggressive.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
