Business Management Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ I.T. related courses / Administrative / Management or equivalent.
  • With at least 6 months of working experience in related field
  • Preferably female between 21-35 years of age
  • Technical skills required: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email and ERP
  • Professional skills required: purchasing management, Supply chain management, Logistics management, and International/commercial terms of shipment, relevant legislation and statutory requirements, relevant industry code of practice
  • A person of integrity and good moral character
  • Self-starter, resourceful, has good negotiating skills and keen to details
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Effective in both oral and written communication
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City

Requirements
  • Performs daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepares quarterly presentation
  • Processes and submits purchases of assigned products
  • Maintains good inventory level
  • Claims processing
  • Other tasks may assigned from time to time
