Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ I.T. related courses / Administrative / Management or equivalent.
- With at least 6 months of working experience in related field
- Preferably female between 21-35 years of age
- Technical skills required: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email and ERP
- Professional skills required: purchasing management, Supply chain management, Logistics management, and International/commercial terms of shipment, relevant legislation and statutory requirements, relevant industry code of practice
- A person of integrity and good moral character
- Self-starter, resourceful, has good negotiating skills and keen to details
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Effective in both oral and written communication
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Prepares quarterly presentation
- Processes and submits purchases of assigned products
- Maintains good inventory level
- Claims processing
- Other tasks may assigned from time to time
