Technical Support Assistant



    • Graduate of BSEcE, BSCoE, BS Computer Science or any IT related course.\
    • At least one year related work experienced
    • Any IT certification or training is an advantage
    • Knowledge in Windows Operating Systems, MS Office and Linux
    • Deep knowledge in Computer/Laptop hardware & peripherals
    • Knowledge in different hardware compatibility
    • Have knowledge & experienced in LAN network setup & basic routing
    • Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Network Attached Storage, Wireless technology
    • Knowledge in any end point security solution or anti-virus
    • Able to respond immediately and efficiently troubleshoot any in-house IT related issues
    • Must have an initiative and a team player
    • Good Communication skills both oral and written
    • Willing to extend extra hours and customer support outside office when needed



    Will perform the installation, troubleshooting & maintenance:

    1. Hardware

    1.a. Assembly & disassembly of Desktop PC/Laptop (Clone and Dell brand)
    1.b. Printers (Dot matrix, inkjet, laserjet)
    1.c. UPS
    1.d. Tablet and smartphone
    1.e. Conduct Testing of company IT products
    1.f. Network switches, Wireless Access Point (TPLink, Linksys)
    1.g. UTP LAN Cabling (Data & Voice and Video for CCTV)
    1.h. LAN Network configuration (IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP)

    1. Software

    2.a. Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8/10)
    2.b. Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
    2.c. Microsoft Office (2010,2016)
    2.d. Android
    2.e. Other Company and Government applications
